We are located on the north side of Fort Wayne near Northcrest Shopping Center. From the intersection of N. Clinton and Coliseum Blvd. go north on N. Clinton approximately ¼ mile to Medical Park Dr. Turn right on Medical Park Dr. (there is a Midwest America Bank on the corner) and take Medical Park Drive all the way – it will end at our parking lot.
